1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or purchasing services from ILHAMServers.com, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and our associated Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). All client accounts and orders are subject to manual fraud vetting and identity verification prior to hardware deployment to ensure network security.

2. Subscription Billing & Prepaid Model

ILHAMServers.com operates strictly on a rolling prepaid billing architecture. To guarantee uninterrupted service, renewal invoices are generated automatically prior to the current cycle's expiration. Accounts that remain unpaid for five (5) consecutive days past the due date will be subjected to an automated service suspension.

3. Payment, Cancellations, and Credits

Because physical data center resources, IP subnets, and upstream vendor hardware costs are allocated instantly upon order execution, payments are generally considered final. However, we review service issues and refund requests entirely on a situational, case-by-case basis:

• All payments are due in full in advance of the service operational period.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted directly through the secure Client Area at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing cycle to prevent automated charges.
• If a service deployment failure occurs due to an internal hardware error or infrastructure fault on our end, our primary and highly encouraged method of resolution is to issue you an appropriate account credit for future services or renewals. Direct monetary refunds are exceptionally rare and provided entirely at management's discretion based on the situation.

4. Payment Disputes and Security Holds

We are dedicated to resolving all customer support and billing issues internally. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support ticket system first so we can collaboratively resolve any concerns.

• If a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback is opened with our payment processors (including PayPal), your active server containers will be temporarily suspended. This is a mandatory, automated security measure to prevent potential financial fraud while the transaction is under review by the processor.
• Once the dispute is resolved, reversed, or closed in good standing, we will gladly lift the administrative hold and restore your services.
• Accounts associated with verified, intentional chargeback fraud will be permanently closed to preserve platform integrity.

5. Network Delivery & IP Allocation

Upon user request for additional IPv4 addresses, servers will be deployed from any available physical location where unassigned IPv4 subnets are currently accessible. Location selection is strictly at the discretion of our network engineers to ensure global balance. Users cannot arbitrarily demand specific subnets or custom geographic routing.

6. Resource Usage Limits

Subscribers must not exceed their strictly allocated network bandwidth or disk storage quotas. Utilizing excessive CPU, disk I/O, or system memory in a manner that destabilizes the host node for other cluster tenants is prohibited. Running unauthorized network-scanning scripts or highly intensive cryptocurrency mining operations will result in immediate resource throttling or suspension.

7. Unmanaged Scope & Backup Responsibility

ILHAMServers.com provides unmanaged server environments. You are granted full administrative/root access and are exclusively responsible for all software configurations, updates, and maintenance. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining their own off-site, external data backups. We do not assume any liability for user data loss, code corruption, or hardware degradation.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We target an industry-standard 99.9% network uptime threshold. Scheduled infrastructure maintenance, emergency upstream network patching, or acts of God are entirely excluded from downtime calculations. In the event of a verified SLA breach, our total service liability is strictly capped at a maximum of one month’s service fee credited to your account.

9. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, billing portal access, root passwords, and SSH keys. All inbound and outbound activities occurring under your registered user profile are your legal and operational responsibility.

10. Support Conduct

We strive to treat all customers with utmost respect and professionalism, and we expect the same in return. The use of profanity, threats, or harassment directed at our support engineering staff will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in a communication warning or, in severe cases, the suspension of account support privileges.

11. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

ILHAMServers.com acts as a neutral data processor for the content hosted on your virtual environments. We do not actively access, monitor, sell, or distribute your private server data to third parties unless we receive a valid, binding legal request or court order from an authorized regulatory body.

12. Reseller Accountability

If you utilize our infrastructure (via WHM, cPanel, or custom hypervisors) to sub-lease or resell hosting space to your own clients, you remain the primary master account holder. You are strictly liable for ensuring that all financial transactions and network activities of your sub-users comply fully with these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ILHAMServers.com be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, commercial, or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use, our hosting services. Any financial liability or compensation claims are evaluated strictly on a situational, case-by-case basis. Should any liability be formally acknowledged by ILHAMServers.com, our maximum aggregate financial liability to you shall never exceed the total amount you have actually paid to us for the active services during the preceding twelve (12) months. We highly encourage and default to issuing any such liability compensation in the form of account credits.

14. Governing Law

These terms and operational conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes, claims, or contract disagreements arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court systems within the United Kingdom.
